Editorial standard

Every £ figure and every regulatory claim on the site carries an inline margin-cite that deep-links to its primary source. The source register is maintained as a single typed file (sources.json) and is rebuilt whenever a primary document refreshes (CIF round, SCA round, RIBA Plan of Work, BB103 / BB104, Gen Zero, R&R announcements).

We do not invent fees for consultants who do not publish one. 19 of 21 consultants surveyed are quote-only; we say so on every consultant page and on the home page lede. The fee calculator emits a band built from day-rate x scope-day with a BCIS regional factor, never a single point estimate.
